Muskies Hit the Mark at Nationals with Three All-Americans, Top-10 Finish

The Muskingum archery team delivered a standout performance at the USA Collegiate Outdoor Target Nationals hosted by Michigan State, placing ninth out of 51 teams and earning three All-American honors.
Freshman Kelly Hawvermale and sophomore Carlie Ellsworth were both named All-Americans in the College Women's Barebow Division, while senior Wes Ellsworth earned All-American status in the Men's Fixed Pins Division. All-American honors are awarded to the top 10 individual performers nationally in each class across all divisions.
Hawvermale was also named the College Women's Barebow Shooter of the Year, an elite honor recognizing the top performer across the entire archery season.

Carlie Ellsworth finished as National Runner-Up in the Women's Barebow class, going 4-1 and advancing to the championship match.

Junior Kylee Brookover placed fourth in the Women's Compound Division, also compiling a 4-1 record and reaching the semifinals.

Wes Ellsworth advanced to the quarterfinals in the Men's Fixed Pins bracket, ending with a 3-1 record and a seventh-place finish nationally.
