OAC honors four Cross-Country student-athletes with Academic All-OAC accolades
The Ohio Athletic Conference has named four Muskingum cross-country student-athletes to the Academic All-OAC Honor Roll.
The Ohio Athletic Conference has named four Muskingum cross-country student-athletes to the Academic All-OAC Honor Roll.
To be eligible for the consideration, a student-athlete must maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 on a scale of 4.00, have reached varsity status, and be at least a sophomore academic standing at his/her current institution.
Women's Cross Country
Macey Mills – Sr. – Biology and Art
Spencer Neville – Sr. – Public Health Studies
Mikayla Deiotte – Sr. – Chemistry
The women's squad recorded one top-five finish and concluded their season at the NCAA Regional Championships in Shelbyville, Ind. The Muskies also debuted their new home course at Moorehead Farm. The cross country facility has three primary collegiate courses for 5K, 6K, and 8K races and can also configure to a 4K collegiate short course. The flexibility also allows the University to create races that meet the needs of other segments of the running community, including middle and high school.
