Women's Cross country finishes 25th at the NCAA Regional Championships

The Muskingum women's cross country team finished 25th in the 33-team field at the NCAA Division lll Great Lakes Regional XC Championships on Saturday.

• The invitational was held in Franklin, Indiana.

• This concludes the 2018 season for the Muskies.
• The invite marked the final contest for Muskingum seniors Keely Ames and Reilly Walsh.

How It Happened

• Sophomore Rachel Timberlake led the Muskies finishing 96th with a time of 24:06.3.
• Junior Lauren Hunt recorded a final time of 24:42.0.
• Walsh notched a time of 25:14.8.
• Ames logged a final time of 25:25.8.
• Freshman Mikayla Deiotte secured a time of 26:29.1.
• The Muskies finished with a total time of 2:05.58, recording 688 total points. 
• Baldwin Wallace won the event with a time of 1:53.11.
