Four Muskingum Volleyball Players Named CSC Academic All-District

The College Sports Communicators (CSC) has announced its 2024 Academic All-District Volleyball Team, recognizing four Muskingum University sophomores for their exceptional performances both on the court and in the classroom. Honorees include Cierra Lathrop, Mackenzie Krous, Katharine Clayton, and Alexis Bradley.

Sophomore Cierra Lathrop played in 24 matches, 87 sets, and started 11 matches. She tallied 14 assists, 17 service aces, 314 receptions, and 223 digs.

Sophomore Mackenzie Krous competed in 25 matches and 99 sets, earning 22 starts. She amassed 327 kills (3.30 kills per set), 19 assists, 27 service aces, 734 receptions, 363 digs, and 25 total blocks.

Sophomore Katharine Clayton participated in 25 matches and 99 sets, recording 104 assists, 23 service aces, and 432 receptions.

Alexis Bradley appeared in 25 matches and 99 sets, starting 22. She notched 34 kills, 603 assists, 44 service aces, and 252 digs.

The 2024 Academic All-District® Volleyball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Academic All-District® honorees are considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
