The Muskingum women's tennis team celebrated Senior Day against Capital on Wednesday afternoon.
Prior to the match, Muskingum recognized Jane Boyer, Evelyn Pauquette, Kaylee Anstaett, and Amanda Plaskett.
Capital grabbed the early momentum with wins at first, second, and third doubles.
In singles action, Plaskett dropped a three-set thriller at third singles against Rachel Smith 6-3, 1-6, 0-1 (7-10).
Sophomore Scarlett Martell fell in a battle at fourth singles against Jenny Rollins 6-4, 6-3.
At first singles, Pauquette pushed Anna Fletcher before slipping 6-3, 6-3.
Muskingum next plays at Mount Union on Saturday, April 15. The match time is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
