Women’s Lacrosse Places Two on CSC Academic All-District Team
Muskingum women's lacrosse junior student-athletes Malena Brady and Amanda Charness have been named to the 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, recognizing their accomplishments both on the field and in the classroom.
Brady, a sports communication and sport management double major, was a key contributor for the Muskies, starting all 17 games and recording 12 points on seven goals and five assists. She added 10 ground balls and posted a .700 shooting percentage.
Charness, an animal studies and psychology double major, also started all 17 games and made a significant impact on both ends of the field. She tallied 31 points on 25 goals and six assists, while contributing 45 ground balls and 23 caused turnovers.
The 2026 CSC Academic All-District Women's Lacrosse Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program honors student-athletes across NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA.
To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must be a starter or key contributor, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and be at least a sophomore academically and athletically.
