Hudock, Zwagerman, Charness, Brady and Tully named CSC Academic All-District
Five Muskingum women’s lacrosse student-athletes have been named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Honorees include senior midfielders Riley Hudock and Riley Zwagerman, sophomore midfielder Amanda Charness, sophomore goalie Malena Brady, and junior midfielder Kasi Tully.
Five Muskingum women's lacrosse student-athletes have been named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Honorees include senior midfielders Riley Hudock and Riley Zwagerman, sophomore midfielder Amanda Charness, sophomore goalie Malena Brady, and junior midfielder Kasi Tully.
Hudock, an animal studies major, had a standout season with 63 goals and 11 assists for a total of 74 points. She made an impact all over the field, collecting 81 draw controls, 45 ground balls, and causing 26 turnovers.
Zwagerman, an early childhood education major, added 30 goals and 12 assists. She also contributed 39 draw controls, 29 ground balls, and 15 caused turnovers.
Charness, a double major in animal studies and psychology, chipped in five goals and five assists, along with 15 ground balls, five draw controls, and five caused turnovers.
Brady, a double major in sports communication and sports administration, made 92 saves and picked up 30 ground balls.
Tully, majoring in special education and psychology, scored four goals and had one assist. She also recorded 34 ground balls, 18 caused turnovers, and five draw controls.
The 2025 Academic All-District Women's Lacrosse Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
To be nominated for Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must be a starter or significant contributor to their team, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and reach sophomore athletic and academic standing at the school.
