Women’s Golf finishes fourth at OAC Preview

The Muskingum women's golf team finished fourth at the OAC Preview following a strong performance from freshman Abby McCullough.

The Basics

• The tournament was shortened on day 2 to only nine holes due to weather. 
• As a team, the Muskies finished fourth out of seven teams.
• Muskingum tallied a team score of 539 (361-178). 
• Mount Union won the event with a 482 (315-167). 

Inside The Numbers

• Freshman Abby McCullough led the Muskies with a 131 (88-43). 
• Senior Samantha Miller fueled Muskingum with a 132 (85-47). 
• Senior Madalyn Cutshall logged a 135 (90-45). 
• Freshman Emily Royston tallied a 141 (98-43). 
• Sophomore Nataley Banks rounded out the Muskies team scoring with a 154 (102-52).
• Junior Molly Cepek led the individuls for Muskingum with a 125 (85-40). 
• Freshman Alyson Dildine fired off a 141 (94-47) as an individual.
• Freshman Sarah Laxton wrapped up the individuals with a 163 (108-55).
