Thomas Named OAC Softball Pitcher of the Week

The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that senior pitcher Madelyn Thomas was named OAC Pitcher of the Week. She dominated in the pitching circle to help the Muskies clinch a spot in the OAC Tournament.

Thomas displayed her impressive skills as she went 2-0 on the week with a 0.00 ERA in 12 innings of work. Thomas notched 15 strikeouts and held the opposing hitters to a .186 batting average.

This marks the second straight week Thomas has been honored as OAC Pitcher of the Week.

During the season, Thomas started in 15 games with an 11-3 record and registered 96 strikeouts with a 1.57 ERA.
