The Muskingum men's bowling team moved to 20th in the latest United States Bowling Congress (USBC) National Poll following a dominant weekend where they secured runner-up finish in the Ohio Bowling Conference.
The Muskingum men's bowling team moved to 20th in the latest United States Bowling Congress (USBC) National Poll following a dominant weekend where they secured runner-up finish in the Ohio Bowling Conference.
The Muskies move to 20th following a fourth place finish at the Ohio Bowling Conference #4 and a runner-up finish in the Ohio Bowling Conference for the season.
The Muskies so far this season have runner-up finishes at the Ohio Bowling Conference #1 and the Ohio Bowling Conference #2. They have added a third place finish at the DO Apparel/Brunswick tournament, Muskie Mash, and the Ohio Bowling Conference #3. The Muskies also added a semi-final finish at the Raider Classic Collegiate Tournament.
The Muskies are guided by senior Evan Thro who is averaging an impressive 215 total pins per game. Thro ranks 17th as an individual in average compared to the 628 bowlers who have a registered average in the rankings.
Thro and the Muskies will look to take this ranking and good play into their tournament this weekend at the Hoosier Classic.
