Davis earns OAC Player of the Week

Muskingum Men's Basketball senior guard Duane Davis earned OAC Player of the Week for the third time this season. Davis led the Muskies to a 2-0 record on the week, defeating Marietta and Ohio Northern. Davis averaged 26.5 points, and 6 rebounds on a blistering 66 percent shooting over the week.

The Muskies took down rival Marietta on Wednesday night, 86-74. Davis tied his career high with 33 points, on 15 of 22 shooting. Davis also pulled down 3 rebounds, and registered 3 steals and an assist. 

The Muskies dominated Ohio Northern at home for Senior Day, 80-64. Davis shot an efficient 7 of 11 from the field, and 6 for 7 from the free throw line to give him 20 points on the contest. Davis also pulled down a season-high 9 rebounds. 

The Muskies will enter the final week of the regular season with matchups against Wilmington on February 18 at 7PM and against Otterbein on February 21 at 1PM.
