Garrett named OAC Offensive Player of the Week

Muskingum senior quarterback Jordan Garrett was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week.

Garrett's six-touchdown performance helped lead Muskingum to double overtime thrilling 41-35 win against Otterbein on Saturday at the Bullock Health and Wellness Complex. He passed for 203 yards and five touchdowns and added 55 yards rushing and one score. Garrett led the offense to a perfect 5-of-5 day in the red zone with five touchdowns and helped the squad convert 10-of-19 (53%) third-down conversions.

On the year, Garrett has thrown for 951 yards and 11 touchdowns while also rushing for 77 yards and one score.

Muskingum next travels to Baldwin Wallace on Saturday, October 15. The game time is set for 1:30 p.m.
