Muskingum baseball won both games convincingly against Wilmington on Saturday afternoon, winning 12-2 in game one and 13-6 in game two.

- Muskingum University honored its senior class during a special Senior Day ceremony, recognizing their contributions and dedication to the program.
- With the sweep, Muskingum inched closer to a berth in the upcoming OAC Tournament. The tournament will be held on the campus of the OAC regular-season champion, May 7-9.
Highlights
Game One: Muskingum - 12 Wilmington - 2 (7 innings)
- The Muskies had 29 at-bats, five 12, 13 hits, and 12 RBIs.
- Senior Jackson Duchesne led the Muskies, going 3-4 with three RBIs and two runs.
- Senior Sam Palmieri gave the Muskies a kickstart in the bottom of the 1st inning with a two-run blast to left field. He had two RBIs and two runs on the day.
- Junior Conner Thamann added a two-run homer of his own in the bottom of the 7th to walk off the Quakers via run rule.
- Senior Jake Roshau pitched six innings, recording six strikeouts. allowing just one earned run.
Game Two: Muskingum - 13 Wilmington - 6
- The Muskies had 41 at-bats, 13 runs, 17 hits, and 12 RBIs.
- Palmieri capped off his senior day with a two-run homer in game two. He finished 2-4 with two RBIs and a run.
- Junior Grant Mellerson had a monster second game, hitting a solo home run, going 4-5 with three RBIs and two runs.
- Thamann continued his stellar play in the second game, going 3-5 with two doubles, four RBIs, and three runs.
