Her dedication to empowering student-athletes aligns seamlessly with Muskingum's mission to cultivate engaged, ethical, and productive citizens.
In her new role, Stoner will lead the development and implementation of Muskie Minds Matter, a comprehensive wellness initiative designed to support the holistic growth of student-athletes. The program will focus on enhancing lifestyle factors that influence both athletic performance and academic achievement.
"Arianne has had a huge impact on our department over the last three years. I am thrilled that she will now be adding 'Coordinator of Student-Athlete Well-Being' to her title," said Director of Athletics Kari Winters. "During her time within the Muskingum Athletics family, we have grown to appreciate her passion for helping our athletes through the challenges that can come along with being a collegiate student-athlete. We look forward to watching her lead the "Muskie Minds Matter" program, and are confident that our Muskies will benefit from her care and intentional attention to overall student-athlete well-being."
