Senior football linebacker Lucas Forte, senior football defensive lineman Sean Andor, senior football defensive lineman Connor Finnicum, senior women's basketball forward Sarah Miller, senior women's basketball forward and women's lacrosse defender Emily Jackson, senior softball infielder Camryn Woodley, senior volleyball outside hitter Katie Golden, senior baseball pitcher Drew Eaches, senior men's lacrosse faceoff Smith Hickenlooper, senior men's lacrosse defender Adam McRowe, senior men's basketball forward Carson Carter, senior wrestler Zach Mason and senior baseball student assistant Marcus Tyler were all honored with the Greg Riggar Dedicated to Sport Award. The award is bestowed upon senior student-athletes at Muskingum who show excellence in associated areas of dedication to sport, leadership, and practice habits. The athlete must have participated for all four years of his/her collegiate career, be held in high esteem by his/her fellow teammates, and also exhibit the qualities of loyalty and discipline.
Senior volleyball outside hitter Maddie McGee and senior men's lacrosse attack Spencer Zecchini were honored with the Ann White and Roy "Red" Turner Strive for Excellence Awards.
McGee hammered 63 kills in limited action during the season due to an injury and had a team-best average of 3.32 kills per set before being sidelined.
Zecchini set a new record for points in a season with 61 points and tied the record for most goals in a season with 37. He also recorded 24 assists, breaking the single-season program record.
Junior softball shortstop Claire Warschauer and senior football quarterback Jordan Garrett were honored with the Donna J. Newberry Pursuit of Perfection Award.
Warschauer is batting .316 with 22 runs, 14 RBIs, five doubles, and two home runs. She is a member of Muskingum's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Garrett was selected as the OAC Offensive Player of the Week three times throughout his record-breaking season. Garrett started all 10 games under center for Muskingum this year and set school records in passing yards (2,323), passing touchdowns (20), passing attempts (333), passing completions (194), touchdowns in a game (7), and total offense (2,429 yards).
Freshman women's lacrosse attack Riley Hudock and freshman men's bowler Evan Thro were presented with the William F. Lange Outstanding Freshmen Awards.
Hudock ended the year setting the school records for points in a season with 48 (41 goals, 7 assists) and caused turnovers with 27. Hudock ranked third in goals in a season with 41, tied for sixth in assists with seven, second in draw controls with 60, and seventh in ground balls with 42.
Thro, a National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association All-American Honorable Mention, finished with a school-record average of 210.25, ranking him sixth among freshmen and 19th overall in the nation out of a 2,200-bowler field.
Senior volleyball outside hitter Brooke Bigrigg and senior softball first baseman Haley Hawk were recognized as the Barbara Steiner Outstanding Senior Female Athletes, while senior football quarterback Jordan Garrett and senior men's basketball guard Alex Masinelli were acknowledged as the William G. Moore Outstanding Senior Male Athletes.
Bigrigg, a five-time All-OAC honoree, registered a team-high in kills (281) and digs (337). She ended her outstanding career ranked second in kills (1,532) and second in digs (1,868).
Hawk leads the softball team with a .408 batting average with 49 hits and 11 doubles. She is a two-time All-OAC honoree, has racked up 149 career hits, and carries a career .402 batting average with 97 RBIs.
Garrett set numerous single-game records, including total offense in a game (492), passing completions in a game (41), and passing attempts in a game (58). He was selected as the OAC Offensive Player of the Week three times throughout his record-breaking season.
Masinelli averaged career-highs in points (21.5), rebounds (7.3), and assists (3.5), all while shooting 49.2% from the field. He was a two-time OAC Player of the Week honoree, tournament MVP of the E.M. "Mose" Hole/Wooster Kiwanis Tournament, and a D3hoops.com Team of the Week selection.
Softball senior first baseman Haley Hawk and senior men's golfer Caleb Barnette were honored with the Ohio Athletic Conference Clyde Lamb Award. Criteria for the award include at least two years of participation in an OAC-sponsored sport, senior status, a minimum grade point average of 3.00, and sportsmanlike conduct in a manner that has brought credit to the student-athlete and his or her institution.
The Muskingum Student-Athlete Advisory Committee presented Golden Hook Awards to numerous student-athletes and teams.

Junior softball infielder Sarah Piteo was presented the Golden Hook Breakthrough Female Athlete of the Year Award. Piteo is batting .333 with 26 RBIs, 13 runs scored, six doubles, and three home runs.
Junior softball shortstop Claire Warschauer was presented with the Golden Hook Spark Plug Award. Warschauer is batting .316 with 22 runs, 14 RBIs, five doubles, and two home runs and helps anchor the left side of the infield.
The Muskingum softball team won the Golden Hook Award for Best Team Comeback Win for its 10-9 win against Mount Union. Muskingum trailed 5-0, 7-2, and 9-8 before rallying to win the game 10-9.
Sophomore football kicker Hunter Albers was presented the Golden Hook for Biggest Hit. Albers made a 23-yard field goal in the waning seconds against Ohio Northern to lift the Muskies to a thrilling 33-31 win.
Sophomore punter Collin Scozzafava was presented with the Best Leg Golden Hook Award. Scozzafava averaged 41 yards per punt and booted a career-best 70-yard punt.
The volleyball duo of senior setter Erin Dickson and junior setter Emma Conrad were presented the Golden Hook for Best Duo. They combined to register 887 assists, 431 digs, and 41 service aces.
The Muskingum football team won the Golden Hook for Best Win with its 33-31 victory against Ohio Northern.
Football junior wide receiver Zuri Edmonson won the Golden Hook Award for Hands of Gold. Edmondson had 54 receptions for 824 yards receiving and seven touchdowns.
Senior football quarterback Jordan Garrett was presented the Golden Hook Award for Best Male Single-Game Performance. Garrett passed for 482 yards and seven touchdowns to lead the Muskies to a 46-27 win at Capital.
Senior volleyball outside hitter Brooke Bigrigg was presented the Golden Hook Award for Best Female Single-Game Performance. Bigrigg recorded a 23-kill, 20-dig performance against 20th-ranked Otterbein to help lead the Muskies to a 3-2 win.
Senior men's soccer midfielder Ryan Peck was presented the Golden Hook Award for Comeback Athlete of the Year. Peck battled back from knee injuries over the past two seasons to start 14 games and help anchor the Muskie midfield.
The Muskingum women's basketball team was presented the Golden Hook Hoops for Hunger Championship Belt for securing the most donations (canned items and monetary) during the event.
The Muskingum softball team was presented the Golden Hook Academic Award for having the highest team GPA (3.48) for the fall 2021 semester.
The Muskingum softball team was honored with the Outstanding Team of the Year Golden Hook Award. At the time of the award, the Muskies were 27-7 overall and 13-3 in the OAC and have clinched a berth in the OAC Tournament reserved for the top 4 teams. Muskingum has been ranked as high as 24th this season.
