The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum junior midfielder Ashley Adams has been named All-OAC Honorable Mention for women's lacrosse.
Adams led the Muskie attack with a team-best 46 points, 43 goals, and 93 shots ranking her fourth in the Conference. The junior appeared in all 17 games this season, making 16 starts. Adams tied a career and program-best six goals on two separate occasions. She also recorded 35 ground balls and 32 draw control wins.
The honor is the first for a Muskie since the program debuted in 2015.
Muskingum, led by Head Coach Taryn Burkholder, ended the record-setting year with numerous school records including most wins overall (7), most wins in the OAC (3), most goals scored in a game (21), most combined team points in a game (23/18 goals/5 assists) and most goals scored in a season (148).
